Sheet Pan Balsamic-Herb Chicken & Veggies is a quick and delicious meal full of everything you need, including fresh herbs and delicious vegetables. Your family will love it and you will too!
How-To Make Sheet Pan Balsamic-Herb Chicken & Veggies

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Then, line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Marinate and season your chicken. Cut your chicken breasts into halves and place them on a plate, or glass dish. Add 1 tablespoon balsamic, ½ teaspoon of olive oil, garlic, 2 teaspoons freshly chopped basil, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, and salt.
Make sure the chicken is well covered and allow it to sit while you prepare your veggies.
Chop your vegetable selections. You can use what we have suggested or use your favorites.
Once everything is ready to go, toss your vegetables in a large bowl with 2 tablespoons balsamic, 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, and 2 teaspoons basil. Mix until well combined.
Spread your veggies out on your lined sheet pan and nestle the chicken in with the veggies.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve right away. You can pair this with a nice salad and crusty bread, or enjoy as is!
